The manufacturer Rogan USA is an American brand for robust knives and tools, founded in 2003 by developer Mike Rogan. The company's origin lies in the production of specialized demolition and breaching tools, which Rogan originally developed for his brother and for EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) technicians of the US Marine Corps, who were deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan at the time. The early tools, tested in practical use, proved so reliable that they led to the creation of a dedicated brand specializing in particularly durable cutting and prying tools.
