This comprehensive sharpening set includes a collection of 10 abrasives, carefully selected to meet various sharpening needs. Starting with the coarse diamond plates (grits 220, 320, 400), it provides a solid foundation for reshaping and sharpening even the dullest blades. With the fine diamond plates and ceramic plate (600, 800 grit), the system refines the blade to achieve a fine, smooth finish. For those seeking ultimate precision, the high-quality, resin-bonded diamond plates (grits 1200, 2000, 3000) optimize the sharpening process, resulting in the sharpest, most polished edge. The included leather strop with 0,5 micron chromium oxide gives every edge the final touch, ensuring the perfect finish.
The system also includes innovative features that make sharpening even more enjoyable. The metal V-Block clamp securely holds knives in place, ensuring stability and consistency during sharpening.
