Description
The Sakura kitchen knife series is a collaborative project between Viper and Danish knifemakers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Made from nitrogen-alloyed Nitro B (58-59 HRC) and with three-dimensionally milled Bocote wood handle scales, the Sakura series is a visual and tactile delight. The elegant appearance is underscored by the structured transition from handle to blade and the decorative screws on the handle scales, which makes the series stand out from the monotony of ordinary kitchen knives.
The paring knife is particularly handy and features a short blade. All smaller kitchen tasks are performed with this knife. Its main tasks, as the name suggests, include peeling fruits and vegetables. It is perfectly suited for cutting close to the skin.
