Description
The Blade Grinding Attachment is designed for shaping, sharpening, and honing knives. The Work Sharp Blade Grinding Attachment is made from cast metal components and engineered polymers to withstand the rigors of heavy shaping and sharpening tasks. The device quickly and tool-free attaches to the Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener, and the belts are easily changed by hand.
The blade sharpening machine uses 1 "x18" abrasive belts in a wide range of grits and a 4-roller system adjustable from 10° to 35° in 1° increments. The belt speed is adjustable from 1200-2800 SFM (square feet per minute) to allow for a wide range of sharpening and stropping tasks.
The center position of the two upper pulleys is adjustable to set the preferred belt deflection – a fully convex or an almost flat convex shape. The Work Sharp blade sharpening attachment is similarly constructed to the systems used by professional blade manufacturers and offers knife enthusiasts a high-quality, precise machine for shaping, sharpening, and stropping their blades without the cost of full blade manufacturing equipment.

Delivery time and tracking
