The Kizer C01E Titanium Framelock KI4488 is a remarkable folding knife that combines the expertise of Kizer Cutlery and the innovative designs of knifemaker Chris Conaway of Sheepdog Knives. This collaborative production version of Conaway's renowned custom design offers superior quality and premium features. The knife is superbly crafted, providing the perfect balance of robustness and everyday usability.

At the heart of this exceptional knife lies the sheepsfoot blade, meticulously crafted from CPM-S35VN stainless steel. The wide, cleaver-style blade shape not only adds a touch of uniqueness but also enhances its versatility for various tasks. Thanks to the smooth bearing system characteristic of all Kizer knives, the blade deploys effortlessly, ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience.

The Kizer C01E is equipped with a full titanium handle, which stands for excellent ergonomics. It perfectly adapts to the curves of the hand, providing a comfortable and secure grip. The handle is adorned with carefully milled slots that not only enhance its aesthetics but also contribute to weight reduction, making it an ideal companion for continuous use. Additionally, it features a custom pivot and pivot sleeve, a lockbar overtravel mechanism, and a replaceable steel insert, underscoring Kizer's commitment to producing top-tier knives with meticulous attention to detail.

The production process of Kizer knives is a testament to their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. Utilizing high-tech wire EDM machines, each component is machined with the utmost precision. While this method takes longer than alternatives like laser or waterjet cutting, Kizer believes the resulting quality justifies the wait. Following the machining process, Kizer's skilled artisans meticulously assemble and hand-finish each knife, ensuring impeccable fit, finish, function, and sharpness. Their expertise, passed down through generations of knifemakers, shines through in every Kizer knife.

The Kizer Bladesmith Series is a testament to their commitment to collaboration and innovation. By partnering with esteemed knifemakers, Kizer combines its manufacturing expertise with the designers' ingenuity. The result of this synergy is exceptional products that proudly bear the designer's name and Kizer Cutlery's. With a deep passion for innovation and an unyielding desire to push boundaries, Kizer constantly strives to break away from the mundane, creating knives that are as stylish as they are functional.
