Description
The QSP Knife Parrot red is a cool pocket knife at a very good price.
Robust D2 blade
The 8,2 cm blade, 2,7 mm thick, has a drop-point shape and is made of high-quality D2. The spine of the blade is slightly drawn down towards the tip. This shift ensures particularly good power transfer to the blade's tip, making the knife easy and safe to handle. The blade has a plain edge, meaning a straight cutting edge. This ensures it cuts cleanly and can be easily resharpened. The flat grind used combines good properties in terms of cutting sharpness and stability, as a flat-ground knife blade is more eager to cut than a blade with a convex grind. The blade is also matte. The robust linerlock secures the blade against accidental closing after unfolding. Thanks to automatic wear compensation, potential blade play is prevented even with frequent use. The lock is also relatively insensitive to moisture or light dirt.
Ergonomic handle made of elegant Micarta
The 10.3 cm handle feels solid in the hand. It is made of high-quality Micarta. Micarta is a composite material where two or more materials are bonded together. Thanks to its simple processing and outstanding appearance, Micarta is increasingly used in knife handles. The handle of the QSP Knife Parrot red is red and silver.
