Zero Tolerance Galyean

Yes, this is the smallest ZT knife ever produced. And yes, it's an impressive piece of engineering mastery.

Designed by Tim Galyean and precision-engineered by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 virtually disappears in your pocket – until it's needed. And of course, the 0022 is perfectly suited for a wide range of cutting tasks around the house and workplace.

The approximately 5 cm long blade is made from CPM 20CV, a steel that not only excels in excellent hardness and corrosion resistance but also demonstrates high resilience, wear resistance, and edge retention. The handle consists of a carbon fiber front scale and a titanium back with a stonewash finish. And even though it's small, the 0022 fits comfortably in the hand and offers a secure grip thanks to pronounced finger grooves.

The decorative pivot screw with a blue anodized ring and the spacers, color-matched to the ring, create a beautiful contrast to the dark carbon fiber, giving the knife a striking appearance. Thanks to ZT's KVT (Kershaw Velocity Technology) ball-bearing opening mechanism, opening and closing the 0022 is quick and easy – and thus holds a certain addictive potential.

Whether as a workplace-appropriate EDC knife or a backup knife, the compact 0022 delivers an oversized performance in terms of power and quality.
