Description
Video presentation in English by Stefan Schmalhaus (click here!) Special Edition with high-quality blade made of stainless Böhler N695 steel and handle made of jeans Micarta. Bolsters made of duralumin. In a slip sheath made of 3 mm full-grain leather. Blade 9 cm. In the middle of the 19th century, robust work pants were produced from what was then brown canvas fabric, mainly for gold prospectors. In the year 1920, the term "Blue Jeans" emerged due to the dye "Indigo." The 90th birthday of blue jeans in the year 2010 gave us the inspiration for a new series of knives with handles made of "jeans Micarta." This material was produced especially for our production in Solingen. As a "Special Edition," three proven fixed-blade models, albeit with blades made of 440A or the material Böhler N695, which is very popular among connoisseurs, represent a rarity. The fittings made of stainless steel or duralumin provide, in combination with the fresh blue, a very special touch.
