J&V Adventure Knives

Within the renowned Forester group, known for its excellent cutlery production, lies the exceptional brand J&V Adventure Knives. Unlike traditional Albacete cutlery, J&V is known for its exotic and innovative catalog, constantly redefining the boundaries of materials and exclusive designs.

J&V's legacy spans over 70 years, passed down from generation to generation. Under the guidance of Juan Martinez, a respected master cutler licensed by the government of Castilla-La Mancha, the brand has achieved remarkable success. With more than 20 national and international awards, including best knife set and most original knife, J&V's craftsmanship and ingenuity have been widely recognized.

J&V's designs are primarily valued for their high-quality survival and bushcraft knives. From military commands to rescue and survival teams, a wide variety of professional groups rely on J&V products for their daily tasks. J&V continuously develops its technical and aesthetic properties, making it one of the few national brands that consistently focuses on innovation. With advancements such as cryogenic hardening, luminescent materials for handles, and custom designs resembling military patterns, they exemplify cutting-edge craftsmanship.

Some of their most famous knife models, including Axarquia, Hispanus, Gladius, and Saurius, have attracted significant attention. But the Celtibero truly shines, being named the best survival knife by the trade press in 2010. The tactical folding knives SV1 to SV4 are also very popular.

These exceptional designs are the result of the collaboration between J&V's talented staff and some of the best knife designers. By using high-quality steel like MV-58, hardened to an optimal 58 HRc through a special heat treatment, J&V ensures the maximum durability and quality of its products. Although MV-58 is the first choice, other high-quality steels such as Böhler N690Co, 1095, and Sandvick 12c27 are also used in the designs.

J&V Adventure Knives has garnered widespread recognition and appreciation from stores, wholesalers, and users alike. They have become a global trend in the knife industry, setting new benchmarks for quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. J&V consistently raises the bar in knifemaking, remaining at the forefront of the industry to delight adventurers, collectors, and professionals with their exceptional creations.
