Description
With the Wasp, Manly fully commits to its philosophy of offering users an everyday knife crafted from first-class materials with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Thus, the Wasp features solid G10 handle scales and a reversible deep-carry clip (tip-up/l-r). Contrary to the catalog description, the satin-finished blade with a nail nick is made from powder-metallurgical CPM-S-90V, thus meeting the highest demands. It is held open by spring pressure (slipjoint) and features the stepped detent known from the Comrade in the blade action, although this is less pronounced in the Wasp, it still provides effective additional security against unintentional closing. Thus, the Wasp is a practical everyday companion that sets a milestone in this price class with its almost unsurpassed edge retention.
