Description
Borr, Odin's father, alludes to the Nordic origin of Jesper Voxnæs's design, who has created a compact yet powerfully dimensioned outdoor, hunting, and utility knife here. As a chosen specialist for this knife concept, Jesper has succeeded in a convincing design. The Micarta handle with its characteristic milling lies comfortably and securely in the hand in various grip positions, and the deep index finger choil allows for a forward grip for finer cutting tasks. The handle end is formed by the protruding tang, which not only houses the lanyard hole but also serves as a striking piece and hammer surface. In combination with the front bore, a lanyard can also be wrapped around the entire hand. Alternatively, the Borr can be attached to a stick to be used as a harpoon or spear. D2 as blade steel promises robustness and edge retention, and the stonewash finish underlines the practicality of the design. Delivered with a high-quality leather sheath.
