Not every situation requires a powerful LED flashlight – sometimes it's definitely more important to be efficient and ready for any situation. The Fenix E-STAR emergency flashlight guarantees us the ability to power it in three different ways, making it perfect for conditions with limited access to energy – be it in remote areas or during power outages. The use of interchangeable AA batteries, the possibility of manual power supply for the flashlight, and everyday charging via USB-C allow the flashlight to function in literally any situation.

The ability to be powered in three different ways, guaranteeing operation under all conditions. An AA battery compartment allows us to use both rechargeable and conventional batteries. A USB-C port for charging when using rechargeable batteries. A crank lever that allows us to manually generate power in emergencies. A capacitor that enables you to store power from manual charging. A locking lever and switch to prevent accidental activation. An optical system that provides a uniformly illuminated, dense beam of light. A white LED with a maximum brightness of 100 lm. A lightweight polymer body with IP24 splash water protection. Can be operated with rechargeable batteries or commercially available AA alkaline batteries. Includes a low self-discharge GP rechargeable battery. A battery charge status indicator in the form of a colored LED on the button. Compact size for easy storage and convenient carrying. To ensure we can operate regardless of access to power sources, the Fenix E-STAR emergency flashlight has been equipped with a crank lever that guarantees manual charging. Importantly, the model also features a capacitor that allows us to store the generated energy – unlike standard crank models, it's not necessary to constantly crank the lever while the light is on.

The use of other conventional power sources has also been thoughtfully resolved. The device features a drawer designed for AA batteries. Therefore, we can place both commercially available "stick" batteries and a rechargeable battery – such as the included GP Ni-MH – in it. In the latter case, the device also allows us to charge via the integrated USB-C port – this is useful in everyday situations and when preparing the flashlight for long-term storage. Thanks to the low self-discharge of the included battery, the Fenix E-STAR is excellent as part of a survival kit or a BOB backpack.

The Fenix E-STAR emergency flashlight uses an LED with a maximum output of 100 lumens, equipped with a lens that shapes the light into a uniform beam. It is worth noting that in manual power mode, the flashlight can shine at maximum brightness in Mid mode, providing a practical 60 lumens. The E-STAR is equipped with an on/off switch lock mechanism to prevent accidental activation of the flashlight in luggage, as well as a temperature switch to protect the model from overheating. The battery charge indicator, on the other hand, allows us to quickly check the battery's charge level, so we can ensure the flashlight is ready for use. The device's housing is made of polymer and sealed to IP24 standard, guaranteeing splash water protection.
