Description
The Ferrum Forge Lackey Green D2 is a solid knife at a good price.
With a solid D2 blade
The 7,3 cm long and 4,1 mm thick blade has a drop-point shape and is made of solid D2. Due to the displacement of the blade tip to the center of the blade, the power transfer to the blade tip is extremely good with this blade shape, making the blade easy to handle and control. Thanks to the plain edge, the knife can be easily resharpened. The flat grind used combines good properties in terms of cutting sharpness and stability, as a flat-ground knife blade is more keen to cut than a blade with a convex grind. The blade is silver.
Ergonomic handle made of noble G10
The 8.6 cm long handle is made of modern G10 and fits securely in the hand. G10 is a material consisting of at least two raw materials. These are usually fiberglass and epoxy resin. The combination of both creates a very resistant and durable handle material. Ferrum Forge chose green for the handle color.
