Description
Training Katana
This training katana gives the sword fighter the opportunity to own and use a Hanwei sword at the price of a conventional sword. The blade is hand-forged and differentially hardened in the same way as the more expensive swords, to a Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC at the edge and 40 HRC at the spine. The hamon (temper line) is authentic and outstanding. Cost savings allowed for the addition of fittings that, without compromising authenticity, are robustly designed to withstand the rigors of the training hall.
This series also includes the Training Wakizashi (SH2061) and the Training Tanto (SH2254).
Key features:
– Forged from high-quality carbon steel
