Legal Notice
Since 31.10.2024, a general ban on the possession and handling of switchblades has been in effect in Germany. These are now considered prohibited items, and their possession is a punishable offense. Certain switchblades may be possessed by individuals who can prove a legitimate interest, in accordance with Annex 2 of the Weapons Act, Section 1, Number 1.4.1. Such an interest exists if one-handed use is required, for example due to a physical impairment (such as a missing arm or a dysfunctional hand), or if the knife is used as part of a profession (e.g., hunting, trades) or in sports (e.g., sailing or mountaineering). Sales are therefore made exclusively to authorized persons. Please check before ordering whether you have such a legitimate interest.
Export
This item is exclusively intended for export to authorized markets. Under German weapons law, it is a prohibited item. Distribution within Germany, import into Germany, and any other handling of this product within the federal territory are prohibited. Delivery is exclusively to authorized persons. Every order is manually checked. Orders from unauthorized markets will be deleted without further notification. Due to special legal requirements, this item is shipped separately from other goods, which may result in additional shipping costs.
The Microtech Auto Stitch S/E 169-4 is a remarkable automatic knife that combines functionality with elegant design. Precisely crafted, this knife features a sleek black aluminum handle, which not only provides a comfortable grip but also ensures durability and lightweight handling. Weighing just 164 grams, it's easy to carry, making it an ideal companion for everyday tasks.
The Auto Stitch's blade is crafted from high-quality M390MK steel, renowned for its exceptional edge retention and corrosion resistance. Featuring a satin finish, the 9,5 cm Wharncliffe blade offers a plain edge, allowing for clean and precise cuts. The blade thickness of 4,8 mm adds to its robustness, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The automatic opening mechanism, activated by a convenient button-lock, allows for quick and effortless access, while one-handed operation enhances user convenience.
Designed by the renowned Tony Marfione, the Auto Stitch is not just a tool, but a statement piece. The thoughtful placement of a pocket clip for tip-up carry on the right side ensures that it remains securely attached to pockets or pouches and is ready for use at any time. Furthermore, the knife features a lanyard hole that provides additional versatility for attachment options. With an overall length of 22,2 cm and a handle length of 12,7 cm, this knife is perfectly balanced and therefore a reliable choice for those who appreciate quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
