Legal Notice
Since 31.10.2024, a general ban on the possession and handling of switchblades has been in effect in Germany. These are now considered prohibited items, and their possession is a punishable offense. Certain switchblades may be possessed by individuals who can prove a legitimate interest, in accordance with Annex 2 of the Weapons Act, Section 1, Number 1.4.1. Such an interest exists if one-handed use is required, for example due to a physical impairment (such as a missing arm or a dysfunctional hand), or if the knife is used as part of a profession (e.g., hunting, trades) or in sports (e.g., sailing or mountaineering). Sales are therefore made exclusively to authorized persons. Please check before ordering whether you have such a legitimate interest.
