Coutellerie Chevalerias is a traditional family manufacturer from Palladuc in the Thiers knife basin (Puy-de-Dôme), operating for three generations since 1945. The workshop produces high-quality pocket knives and regional classics like Le Thiers® and Laguiole, as well as hunting, table, and kitchen knives in France – combining proven steels (including carbon and Inox) and noble handle materials.
