Description
The Kizer Lan folding knife from the affordable Vanguard line is crafted from high-quality N690 steel. The knife is designed to guarantee the user comfortable handling during everyday activities. You'll find an easy-to-use liner lock, a blade bearing system that speeds up opening, and a texture that is comfortable and keeps the knife securely in hand.
The Kizer Lan Vanguard Folding Knife offers the user:
- A comfortable, lightweight design, ideal for daily carry
- A blade made from highly rust-resistant, yet good edge-retaining N690 steel
- A Tanto profile with a stable grip for secure prying
- Coated on the blade to further enhance rust resistance
- Very easy-to-use Liner Lock for easy access
- Fast one-handed opening thanks to the ceramic bearing on the blade
- Ambidextrous undercut for quick and convenient one-handed opening
- Ergonomically shaped handle with G10 liners
The blade of the Kizer Lan Vanguard knife features the characteristic geometric Tanto profile. Knives with this profile are distinguished by high blade strength, allowing us to pry thick staples, etc., without worrying about the strength of our knife. The N690 steel used in the knife, from the renowned German steelworks Bohler, is characterized by its high rust resistance while maintaining good sharpness. The coating applied to the blade additionally protects the steel from the effects of harmful substances.
The Kizer Lan V4577N1 is made of a durable G10 composite material with an applied texture that improves grip. For user-friendly operation, the knife is equipped with a Liner Lock, combining security with easy release. Unlike some frame locks, handling the knife is not a problem for people with more sensitive hands. By mounting the blade on a bearing system, the knife opens extremely easily and smoothly. The notch on both sides of the blade allows the knife to be operated with both hands. To facilitate carrying, the Kizer Lan has been fitted with a deep-carry clip, allowing it to be discreetly placed below the pocket line.
