Benchmade-Meatcrafter Series

The Benchmade Meatcrafter series was created as a “field-to-fork” concept: Benchmade developed the Meatcrafter as a hybrid between a boning and filleting knife, with blade flexibility tuned over several years through many iterations and launched in 2020. One of the catalysts was a joint development with Steven MeatEater Rinella that lasted about 18 months and is aimed specifically at dressing and processing game - from field dressing to kitchen preparation. At the same time, MeatEater emphasizes that the Meatcrafter knives are assembled, sharpened, and finished by knifemakers at Benchmade in Oregon City, Oregon.
